So, you may ask, why should anyone spend the time (and money) to learn and practice Soaring Crane Qi Gong? Allow me to explain why I am teaching it:
I wish to be of service to the community by sharing some of the most valuable information I know of, namely the practice of Soaring Crane Qi Gong!
Of course, no results are guaranteed. The benefit gained from this practice is directly related to one’s attitude, consistency and accuracy of practice.
With this in mind, please consider the following possible benefits:
- Increase in overall health and feeling of well being.
- Reduction in frequency and severity of illness.
- General increase in energy available for life’s endeavors (and concurrent need for less sleep).
- Increased mental ability and clarity.
- Reduction of stress.
- Increased emotional stability.

- Enhanced creativity and other innate potentials.
- Healing of pre-existing chronic illnesses (such as some cancers, nerve disorders, digestive system problems, respiratory problems, arthritis, etc.).
This practice, done on a regular (daily) basis, may significantly reduce one’s medical bills and allow for one to take more personal responsibility for one’s health. It can be considered a preventive maintenance program for the body, mind, and spirit.
